Plans to move from a rental space and into a permanent office, imagined the renovation of a former garage and auto-shop. Changes to this location’s appearance sought to move away from its initial function and more towards a welcoming space to encourage dialogue between clients and members of the team.

Approachability, and the inclusion of new outdoor team spaces and parking drove the design for these spaces. Parking needed to be maximized, directing vehicles clearly from the street and into the primary central space, while also inviting clients and team members to walk between buildings.
